1 Introduction & Acceptance

3 Account Registration

Each eligible individual is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the fz777 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different names, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You further agree to maintain and update your information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times. fz777 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.

Your fz777 account is strictly personal and non-transferable. You must not allow any third party to access or use your account under any circumstances. You are entirely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials.

fz777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account:

• Where inaccurate or false registration details have been provided;
• Where multiple accounts have been identified as belonging to the same individual;
• Where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or any other prohibited conduct;
• Where the account holder is found to be under 21 years of age;
• Where there has been a breach of any provision of these Terms.

Upon closure of an account for any of the above reasons, fz777 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where fraud is confirmed, fz777 reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance without recourse.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

fz777 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa and Mastercard. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳).

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits via bKash, Nagad and Rocket are processed instantly under normal operating conditions. fz777 does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which fz777 accepts no liability.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests submitted by fully verified accounts are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes during standard operating hours. Withdrawal requests submitted outside standard processing windows may take up to 24 hours. fz777 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on any withdrawal request before releasing funds, which may result in temporary processing delays.

All deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. fz777 will not process withdrawals to payment methods that differ from those used for the original deposit without satisfactory explanation and supporting documentation. fz777 reserves the right to reverse any deposit and return funds to the original payment source where fraud or money laundering is suspected.

fz777 shall not be liable for any delays, failures or losses arising from technical issues at the payment provider's end, banking network outages, or other circumstances outside fz777's direct control.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

fz777 offers a range of promotional bonuses, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid and Pohela Boishakh. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which supplement these General Terms.

Unless otherwise specified in the promotion-specific terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per promotion) before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.

6 Betting Rules & Game Conduct

In the event of any ambiguity or inconsistency between these General Terms and sport-specific or game-specific rules, the sport-specific or game-specific rules shall prevail for matters within their scope.

7 Prohibited Activities

• Match Fixing & Corruption: Placing bets on events where the outcome has been predetermined or manipulated, or on events in which you or a closely associated party has any direct influence on the outcome.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, automated software, artificial intelligence tools or any other technology to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not permitted for human users.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including chip dumping in poker or coordinated in-play betting.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or payment provider after funds have been used for betting activity.

8 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the fz777 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to:

12 Amendments & Termination

Non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not affect player rights) may be made without advance notice.
